Clients wanted to exploit their loft to create a space for them to carry out their academic life. The exceptionally high ridge and steep pitch has allowed to include living area, bathroom and kitchenette. This project has obtained Planning Consent in Norwich City centre Conservation area. Building Control approval has also been obtained. Building works is now complete.
