Another Loft Conversion in a "Walk-In" Victorian Terrace House in the Golden Triangle.

Very Similar Loft Conversion Project to the previous one at Portland Street. Cost just under £20,000 exclusive of decoration and carpet.

The client already had Fire Doors and Smoke Detectors. One FD30 door had to be added and 3 extra smoke detectors to please Building Inspector.
This Project required Party Wall Agreement with neighbour; I represented the client.
