The clients wished to extend their Victorian end of terrace. The 1970's kitchen outrigger was only single storey. I proposed a more ambitious project than originally envisaged because I saw this end of terrace had opportunities unlike a mid terrace. Planning Consent was obtained for a Two Storey Extension with Balcony on 5th March 2019. Building work is completed, the client just needs to install the decking on the balcony. I was not involved in the Project Management, the client told me the Project cost, with kitchen, came to £90,000.
