The clients had recently bought this bungalow where the previous owner had added a conservatory, a loft conversion and a swimming pool.
The clients wished to increase their headroom for a shower-room in the loft and thus a dormer was needed. They also wanted to create a terrace/balcony at the rear with access from the loft. I have obtained Planning Consent for both projects in June 2021.
