Single Storey Side and Rear Extension NR3 3LZ

The client wanted a ground floor extension with a bedroom with en-suite. She wanted it to be build using the same bricks as the existing 1950's terrace house (LBC Rustic 65mm Pressed Facing Brick). A complete open plan arrangement to include dining and kitchen. Technically, some research had to be done for the drainage to meet Building Control requirements. The project is now completed.
