Keir TownsendThis area was originally the kitchen but the space has been re-designed to create a wide corridor between the rear and front entrances of the house. Made to measure matt lacquered wood cupboards, painted in light taupe create a complete wall of valuable storage. Good lighting is key in these busy transitional areas so both decorative pendant and ceiling lamps have been specified to create a soft effect. Floors are white-washed, textured wood effect ceramic tiles with Emperador marble effect inserts. The mirror has been carefully positioned to reflect light. All the furniture is bespoke and available from Keir Townsend.
Studio 511The barn structure was converted into a guest house. The original sliding barn doors were kept and new pocketing glass doors were installed behind to allow for the kitchen and dining room to open to the front court.

The extensive rehabilitation restored much of the house to its original style and grandeur; interior spaces were transformed in function while respecting the elaborate details of the era. A new kitchen, breakfast area, study and baths make the home fully functional and comfortably livable.

KraftMaster RenovationsThe perfect girly master bathroom, custom cabinetry in black with two gold antique mirrors, a longer one that hangs over the makeup vanity area. The cabinetry has a linen tower and we worked around the beautiful stain glass window that sits at one end of the bathroom. The floor has hexagon marble tile and the shower is complete with a shower bench, niche and gorgeous metal gold inlay mosaic tile on the feature wall.
Clay Squared to InfinityThe Victorian period, in the realm of tile, consisted of jewel tones, ornate detail, and some unique sizes. When a customer came to us asking for 1.5″ x 6″ tiles for their Victorian fireplace we didn’t anticipate how popular that size would become! This Victorian fireplace features our 1.5″ x 6″ handmade tile in Jade Moss. Designed in a running bond pattern to get a historically accurate Victorian style.

Zoe Willis DesignOur clients briefed us to turn their ‘white box’ bathroom into a chic oasis, usually seen in high end hotels. The bathroom was to be the focal point of their newly purchased period home.
This design conscious couple love the clean lines of Scandinavia, the bold shapes and colours from the midcentury but wanted to stay true to the heritage of their Victorian house. Keeping this in mind we also had to fit a walk in shower and a freestanding tub into this modest space!
We achieved the ‘wow’ with post modern monochrome chevron flooring, high gloss wall tiles reminiscent of Victorian cladding, eye popping green walls and slick lines from the furniture; all boxes ticked for our thrilled clients.
What we did: Full redesign and build. Colour palette, space planning, furniture, accessory and lighting design, sourcing and procurement.

Features include a furniture style vanity, coordinating medicine cabinet from Rejuvenation, a custom corner shower with diamond patterned tiles, and a clawfoot tub situated under niches clad in waterjet marble and glass mosaics.
