“Roc haus helped us from start to finish and we can't thank them enough. They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. It was so helpful and reassuring to have them behind us throughout the whole process to make it as easy as possible.”

“I worked with Pepyn from Studio Nolet on a project in Stockwell, London in 2020. The project started during the pandemic so certainly not normal circumstances for anyone involved. I found Pepyn to be very professional and he took a very hands on approach when issues arose. Something I appreciated as a project manager for the main contractor (MH Costa), particularly in the midst of a nationwide lockdown. The design package was clear, concise and was provided along with a full specification which made ordering very simple for our procurement team. The finished house looks amazing and we are very proud to have worked on the project. I hope to work with Pepyn and Studio Nolet again in the near future.”

“Having been refused planning twice, I have referred to Bruno of BMac Studio who was able to gain planning permission with the assistance of a pre-application which was not advise or deem necessary by the previous architect. I went on to use Bruno on my rental property and would highly recommend his services.”

“My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas. “Our experience with the Coesa team was incredible. They helped bring the refurbishment of our property to completion. They took time to listen to our desires and expectations and were able to bring the best out of our preferences balanced by their own creative input and knowledge of the different aspects involved in a project (your discussions about sustainability and lighting were really insightful!). “" Although we were happy with the location of our property in Southchurch which had already had a side and rear extension over 20 years ago; we had been thinking of moving as the house had become tired and dated. The layout badly needed bringing up to modern standards to make much better use of the space we had. We did think we had enough design knowledge ourselves to do this but in the end we decided to get the job done professionally and we are so pleased that we did call in Lindsey from Hedgehog Designs to help. She listened to our requirements and provided us with detailed and accurate plans of the existing house and several options for both the ground and first floor. Our new look downstairs will have the kitchen, dining room and 'garden room' opened up to become a super modern airy space. Lindsey's ideas for special windows in the flat roof and a large bi-fold will give much more light and a real wow factor. She has also come up with 3 options for an ensuite upstairs which was the other thing the house was lacking. We have opted to use one of the builders that Lindsey recommended and we know that the work will make such a difference when the project completes in spring next year. We would be happy to recommend Lindsey and Hedgehog Designs to family and friends." John & Tina Boswell”

“I needed to have my shower rebuilt. Colette came along to my place and after a viewing offered to do some plans. Then I had a better insight on how my wet room would look like. Colette introduced me to 2 builders. They have done a fantastic work and followed Colette suggestions. I have been really impressed by this work and would definitely Colette and her team. I have more more work to be done in my house like some part of my kitchen. I will definitely call this professional team again. Thanks again Colette!”
