“Tony was both creative and pragmatic on our massive rennon project on this 1978 link detached house that had been neglected and unloved since the previous owner was taken ill, some time back. His use of space and introduction of light and curves into areas of the house have been elemental in creating more space for us and we are delighted with the thoughtful choice of materials. Always will to help and be pro-active in a "soft-way" and working well with the building team made the project and enjoyable and rewarding experience.”

“My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas. “Studio Jayga Having met with a number of high end architects to do the plans for reconfiguring the ground floor of our house to create an open plan kitchen, garage conversion with utility room and downstairs cloakroom, we decided to go with Mahdi at Studio Jayga. From the very first meeting it was apparent to us that not only was he the best value for money but his eye for detail was second to none. Our project took a long time for completion (simply down to both my husband and I working), however Mahdi stayed with us for the duration- over a year! He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed to discuss ideas- there are many times when we FaceTimed so that he could look at the project and offer solutions to problems that we couldn’t have overcome ourselves. He also regularly made on-site visits to ensure everything was going to plan. He even provided ideas for our bathroom restructure which wasn’t included in the job. Architects usually do the plans, take the fee and that is where it stops. Studio Jayga provided so much more than that. Mahdi was with us throughout, sourcing builders, materials and giving design ideas. I am very fussy and the level of detail and design ideas provided by Mahdi was faultless. There’s a saying that “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”, but with Mahdi and Studio Jayga this was not the case. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough- in fact I have recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues. If you are looking for the highest standard of drawings and design ideas, coupled with professionalism and someone that understands what you want in a build you won’t regret choosing Studio Jayga.”

“Roc haus helped us from start to finish and we can't thank them enough. They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. It was so helpful and reassuring to have them behind us throughout the whole process to make it as easy as possible.”

“I needed to have my shower rebuilt. Colette came along to my place and after a viewing offered to do some plans. Then I had a better insight on how my wet room would look like. Colette introduced me to 2 builders. They have done a fantastic work and followed Colette suggestions. I have been really impressed by this work and would definitely Colette and her team. I have more more work to be done in my house like some part of my kitchen. I will definitely call this professional team again. Thanks again Colette!”

“" Although we were happy with the location of our property in Southchurch which had already had a side and rear extension over 20 years ago; we had been thinking of moving as the house had become tired and dated. The layout badly needed bringing up to modern standards to make much better use of the space we had. We did think we had enough design knowledge ourselves to do this but in the end we decided to get the job done professionally and we are so pleased that we did call in Lindsey from Hedgehog Designs to help. She listened to our requirements and provided us with detailed and accurate plans of the existing house and several options for both the ground and first floor. Our new look downstairs will have the kitchen, dining room and 'garden room' opened up to become a super modern airy space. Lindsey's ideas for special windows in the flat roof and a large bi-fold will give much more light and a real wow factor. She has also come up with 3 options for an ensuite upstairs which was the other thing the house was lacking. We have opted to use one of the builders that Lindsey recommended and we know that the work will make such a difference when the project completes in spring next year. We would be happy to recommend Lindsey and Hedgehog Designs to family and friends." John & Tina Boswell”
