Offset Architects were appointed on this project following a recommendation to assist the client with gaining building control approval and to provide a project management service in order to complete the impressive 13,000 sq ft new build property. Situated within a Conservation Area, the scheme was originally designed in an Arts and Crafts style and Offset Architects enhanced the original approval with several additional planning applications. This impressive seven-bedroom property has living accommodation over four floors and has been finished with luxurious fixtures and fittings.
