Hawkes Place is a contemporary new dwelling within The Kippington Conservation Area. The building design responds to the existing trees onsite which are protected under a Tree Preservation Order. A steel tube piling system raises the base of the building above existing ground level and allows the dwelling to carefully cantilever out into the woodland setting.
