Offset Architects took the original small farmhouse and by creating additional extensions to the property remodelled it to an exceptionally high quality design standard. Offset Architects worked closely with the property developer client, the local authority and the parish council, but unfortunately had to appeal the council's decision to gain planning approval for this attractive detached property.

Given the exceptionally good sustainable location opposite Otford railway station, the second phase of the project also created two further detached properties to the large front garden facing onto the main street in Otford with clever landscaping to integrate it to the street scene.
