Offset Architects were appointed to provide full architectural services from concept to completion to replace an existing annex building with a new build oak frame structure. The new building accommodates open plan living maximising views across the rural Chichester Marina landscape. Offset Architects also designed a bespoke bridge and stairs to span the double height volume and provided an interior design role for the kitchen and bathroom layout / design.
