“I worked with Pepyn from Studio Nolet on a project in Stockwell, London in 2020. The project started during the pandemic so certainly not normal circumstances for anyone involved. I found Pepyn to be very professional and he took a very hands on approach when issues arose. Something I appreciated as a project manager for the main contractor (MH Costa), particularly in the midst of a nationwide lockdown. The design package was clear, concise and was provided along with a full specification which made ordering very simple for our procurement team. The finished house looks amazing and we are very proud to have worked on the project. I hope to work with Pepyn and Studio Nolet again in the near future.”

“Roc haus helped us from start to finish and we can't thank them enough. They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. It was so helpful and reassuring to have them behind us throughout the whole process to make it as easy as possible.”

“I needed to have my shower rebuilt. Colette came along to my place and after a viewing offered to do some plans. Then I had a better insight on how my wet room would look like. Colette introduced me to 2 builders. They have done a fantastic work and followed Colette suggestions. I have been really impressed by this work and would definitely Colette and her team. “" Although we were happy with the location of our property in Southchurch which had already had a side and rear extension over 20 years ago; we had been thinking of moving as the house had become tired and dated. The layout badly needed bringing up to modern standards to make much better use of the space we had. We did think we had enough design knowledge ourselves to do this but in the end we decided to get the job done professionally and we are so pleased that we did call in Lindsey from Hedgehog Designs to help. She listened to our requirements and provided us with detailed and accurate plans of the existing house and several options for both the ground and first floor. Our new look downstairs will have the kitchen, dining room and 'garden room' opened up to become a super modern airy space. Lindsey's ideas for special windows in the flat roof and a large bi-fold will give much more light and a real wow factor. She has also come up with 3 options for an ensuite upstairs which was the other thing the house was lacking. We have opted to use one of the builders that Lindsey recommended and we know that the work will make such a difference when the project completes in spring next year. We would be happy to recommend Lindsey and Hedgehog Designs to family and friends." John & Tina Boswell”
