The property benefitted from lovely light, space and features, but suffered from some practical challenges including a water supply from an old tank, and large single glazed windows. Our client wanted to resolve these, and take the opportunity to update the finishes and improve use of space throughout.

The property has lots of traditional features, while the client had a great collection of modern artwork and was drawn to more industrial elements – including beautiful dark bronze taps and hardware. We drew these styles together by introducing new colours, and adding tactile finishes; light fittings with soft natural wood and luxurious window coverings.

The modern fittings, furniture and finishes of this beautiful flat combine perfectly with the traditional elements of the building. Feature wall art, lighting, bathroom fittings and a gorgeous DeVol kitchen combine to create an elegant home for Nicola, while bespoke storage has been built throughout to make the most of the space.
