Renovation of a Listed flat in Paddington Victorian mansion block - Andrew

Our clients wanted a fresh update to their good-sized, lower ground flat in a Victorian mansion block in Paddington. This included - rewiring, new lighting, damp proofing, new radiators, air con installed, joinery, new flooring and painting throughout. We obtained listed building consent and planning permission for the works (as required when fitting potentially noisy air con systems). We also suggested many space-enhancing ideas such as a bike shelf and mirror wardrobes.
