We were engaged by this client for a second project following a flat renovation several years ago. With a growing family and a change of career our clients needed a bigger home. Six months after moving in we started on redesigning elements of the property that just weren't working for them. This project remains in progress. The kitchen-dining room open plan and the garage conversion are complete (barring carpet in the conversion), and the bathroom remains outstanding.

We are particularly pleased with the sustainable designs created for the garage conversion that not only ensures demolition and waste were significantly reduced, but also that the conversion is highly insulated (nearing passiv standards). Final costs resulted in being 15% less than an initial estimation from the clients' builder. Saving the planet and saving the client money - really happy with this result!
