Bavian Design was engaged to design an extension and space plan the ground floor. Planning permission was secured for the front porch development, along with internal alterations and a rear extension.

Custom designed kitchen cabinetry which wrapped around the proposed office space created a playful interior with a secluded/secret study space. The semi-open plan kitchen and dining area also included a 'snug' space for lounging, whilst the property further benefited from a utility kitchen room and a formal living room.

Once designs were approved we transitioned to management phase. The project was delivered within a 10-month period whilst the clients remained in residence. We hope the photos speak for themselves, but obviously we are extremely proud of the end results which show off the space and the custom furniture.
