Our client approached us with a simple brief - 'I love the location of my new flat, but it seriously needs a makeover'. Through our process of co-designing with her, we developed plans that transformed this dated one bedroom flat into a far grander two bedroom flat. The project design introduced a reformatted entrance hallway, a new luxurious bathroom with vaulted ceiling space, custom fire-rated double doors leading through to the living room with kitchenette, and two bedrooms to the rear of the property.
