Following a significant leak during a holiday and a challenging process with the insurance company, we were delighted to assist our clients in reimagining the layout and the complete renovation of our client’s ground floor. Working closely with them, we developed a revised floor plan that has transformed their experience of the property, enhancing both its flow and functionality.

Through thoughtful and practical design features, the space now includes a beautifully designed kitchen-dining-snug area, with a separate utility room. From the hallway access to a convenient downstairs cloakroom WC, and a separate TV/games room. Our clients are most satisfied by the dramatic change to the entrance experience - as you step through the front door, you’re greeted by expansive views that extend through the house and out to the far-reaching rear garden. Feedback is that this makes the home feel so much lighter, expansive and welcoming. The kitchen also opens up to a decked area, perfect for family BBQs and outdoor entertaining which increases the multi-functional aspect of the home through the seasons.

The separation of the TV/lounge area ensures this growing family now enjoys a home that adapts to their needs, providing space for both quiet relaxation and family activities, all under one roof.
