This was the second property we redesigned for this client, having already transformed another investment property for them.

We were briefed with transforming a 1970s flat conversion in central Hove into a luxury holiday/rental apartment. We set to work with concept designs working remotely with our clients throughout the design process, utilising both Handsketch and CAD 3D modelling and VR, we were able to develop these designs swiftly.

We worked with a number of local installation companies to pull together this project to a fabulous finish within a sensible time frame.
