Our brief was to reimagine the kitchen, dining room and rear garden to suit the family now that children have become teenagers. An 'adult' entertaining space coupled with rear garden home office (full planning secured) would help the parents enjoy their space, whilst accommodation was made for the daughters to have break-out social space too, as well as much needed rear garden sports practice space.

Concepts were presented and the space improvements, along with the suggested phasing solutions allowed the family to live at home whilst works were managed by us in collaboration with an attentive local build team.

During the build (lockdown bridging) the brief extended to include redesigning the hallway and cloakroom, along with future plans for a reimagined front of house design.

Whilst delivered during challenging times, this has been a great and enjoyable project to design and manage for this lovely Hove family.
