We were engaged to assist with the redesign of this four bedroom family home. A broad brief including possible loft conversion, rear extension, remodelling of rear garden and internal modification to the house. Working closely with the homeowners we explored the possibilities of various concepts in 3d and VR to better understand ideas and how they would suit the lifestyle of the family members.

Following the workshop program it was decided that the solutions most suitable to meet the needs of the family were a ground floor extension to create a new kitchen, dining room, pantry, utility room and snug area, some internal modifications and a loft conversion to create a master suite - bedroom, dressing room and bathroom with shower.
