Mid-terrace house in the famous 'Hanover' area of Brighton received a lower ground floor and ground floor renovation and garden make-over on a limited budget. The house constructed out of 'bungarouche' presented some interesting challenges with structural, damp and ventilation issues, which were all fixed during the renovation.

After careful concept planning with the client our vision for the property was adopted and under our management we transformed this dilapidated ex-student house into a wonderful family home.
