Initially we were engaged to report on required works to bring a roof terrace to a safe standard. This report was used to negotiate a better purchase price. Following exchange, our clients commissioned us to remodel the entire flat. Their initial ideas were great, but we came up with something better, that allowed for a whole extra double bedroom creation without compromising on the remaining apartment. We managed to create an extra ensuite facility, a separate utility room, and a remote controlled roof access window made by our friends in Holland at Staka.
Essentially by reimagining the floor plan, we maximised the potential of the property, adding significant value in the process.
