We were able to secure planning permission due to the neighbour having an existing side return extension, which reduces the impact of the wall height. The extension itself provides a fantastic kitchen, living and dining area, with dual access to the mainframe of the property. The high ceilings and large multi-panel skylights give a sense of space that you would not generally associated with a London terrace house. The back of the extension is finished with slim sightline doors which connect the space with the beautifully landscaped garden.
