OPEN PLANNED, SIDE RETURN KITCHEN EXTENSION IN EARLSFIELD
This side return extension shows off concealed steel beams, framed skylights and large sliding doors to the rear. The doors minimise the amount of struts required at the rear and encourages the eye to continue from inside to the garden beyond. To avoid losing garden space we incorporated the rear reception space into the design as shown in the 3D before and after images. The clever integration of a downstairs toilet and utility space along with the separate front adult reception space provides an extremely user friendly setup.
