This is a separate side and rear extension that open-plans to an original dining room and kitchen. The hard wooden doors and windows on the back of the extension are in keeping with the original; this complements the traditional kitchen that has been fitted within the original dining room - unlike a lot of recently completed open plan space the separate extensions give an irregular shape to the overall space....this provides more character and allows clear distinction between the different zones.
