CREATION OF A MASTER BEDROOM AND A BATHROOM UNDER PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT This project allowed a dormer over the mainframe and also over the rear wing of the property. It is one of the most common loft conversion designs and the easiest to gain approval for as this can be done under permitted development. In this home we created a large double bedroom over the mainframe of the property with the ensuite set within the rear dormer.
