LARGE CONTEMPORARY FLAT ROOF KITCHEN EXTENSION IN TOOTING BEC
The ground floor of this property was originally subdivided with a separate flat. The scope of works involved incorporating this back into the original house. We created a large kitchen, dining and living space with a separate utility and WC. The modern flat roof style contrasted spectacularly with the old Victorian property above. Features such as the aluminium trim, projected canopy and piers helped create a sense of definition around the large open rear wall.
