One of the key considerations for this project was creating a multifunctional space within a narrow terraced property. We achieved this with a clever design by reducing accesses from the main house into the kitchen, therefore, limiting the traffic that carves through the space.
This in itself makes a big difference ie. allowing more wall space for kitchen units. We have installed wide sliding doors that help create a sense of width. Fewer door leaf panels create more connection from inside to out, and thus a greater feeling of space. The angled roof design creates height and therefore a greater feeling of space.
