This open planned space boosts distinct areas and compartmentalises very well. There are two separate extensions that tag onto the original footprint - the side extension has a pitched roof which angles light in to the kitchen/dining space, whilst the rear extension has a flat ceiling. These two different ceiling styles visually create subtle separations above eye level. The kitchen has dark grey tones that contrasts wonderfully with the white walls in both extensions; accented by the use of different colours, and the parquet flooring runs consistently throughout. The back extension, whilst small, is well optimised as the window seats great aspect and connects to the garden; a space in its own right with no disruptive traffic path. Clever use of angled glass above the door leading to the garden follows the pitched roof line and draws your eye up; that detail compliments the glass valley that angles light to the back reception.
