LOFT CONVERSION DORMER WITH FULL LENGTH, BRICK BUILT, REAR WING
Due to the specific circumstances on this particular street we were able to achieve a maximum foot print over the rear wing whilst still creating a dormer over the main frame. This allowed for the new loft to accommodate 2x bedrooms and 2x bathrooms. The ceilings were lowered only partially on the first floor creating a step within the main loft bedroom. This solution help avoid lowering the ceilings to the front, 1st floor master bedroom below.
